Your words and actions are representation of you. They are a representation of you when you are giving a speech or a presentation and don’t forget that they are a reflection on you even when you think you are “off the clock.”

Joe Biden forgets the mike is on and lets the F-bomb slip in public, and thanks to his position (and the media), no one bothers to correct him. We have coarse language everywhere. Is it any wonder people are forgetting their “public manners”?
So who’s worse? The a-hole? Or the person who called him on it? I don’t think it was a smart thing to do, but something’s up if you either a) hired someone, and then keep them on board, who’s prone to saying such things, or b) that you are one so much that your direct reports call you out on it when they have an outlet. Something’s rotten in the state of Denmark.
