DON MIDDLEBERG GIVES INSIGHT ON 3RD ANNUAL SURVEY OF MEDIA IN THE WIRED WORLD ON INSIDE COMMUNICATIONS WITH MIKE BAKO

Don Middleberg, the man who literally wrote the book on how we communicate with the wired world, recently sat down with Mike Bako at Inside Communications’ studio in Midtown Manhattan to discuss findings from the 3rd Annual Survey of Media in the Wired World. Over 10 years in the making, Middleberg Communications partnered with The Society for New Communications Research to create the largest annual survey of journalists, in order to explore how journalists are using social media and how it’s changing the way journalists and the public interact with each other. As the inaugural guest on Inside Communications, Don discussed journalist’s preferred social media sites, how they turn thousands of tweets into solid leads, and how they’re increasingly using expert bloggers as reliable sources. “We’re thrilled to have Don as our first guest,” said Executive Producer Kate Forster, “his book Winning PR In The Wired World continues to be one of the industry’s greatest resources, and having such a world-known expert as our first guest sets an ideal tone for our show.” The full interview is now available to view online.
