So do you believe in the message that you are sharing with your audience? Are you convinced that you are going to help people in some way? If you are not able to say yes to both of those questions, then chances are that that is what is making you uncomfortable when speaking.
Everyone talks about the fear of public speaking, the anxiety, and nervousness, but you need to realize that such happens to everyone. You need to dig a little deeper and find the root cause of the problem. It is really hard to be comfortable about speaking when you are not really confident that it is going to help people in any way.
Now, you may be selling an uninteresting and simplistic product but you need to focus on an aspect of it that makes it beneficial for the people. There should be a reason which can be a compelling argument for people to be convinced to buy your product or subscribe to your service.
I agree that there are some products out there that are much sexier but it is really up to you whether or not you believe in that message. If you are sure you are not going to be helping people with your service, then it will be difficult for you to be compelling and convincing.
So if you are feeling a little bit of anxiety while speaking, it is time for a check. Make sure that you are convinced in your message and that you are helping people.
